Ingredients

- 200g white fish fillets (cod or tilapia)
- 100g white rice
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 50g finely chopped carrots
- 50g peas
- 500ml water
Instructions
- Rinse rice thoroughly under cold water
- Cook rice in boiling water for 15 minutes until soft
- Steam fish fillets for 8-10 minutes until fully cooked
- Flake cooked fish, removing all bones
- Mix fish, rice, carrots, and peas in a bowl
- Add olive oil and stir until combined
- Cool to room temperature before serving
Notes
- Always remove all fish bones completely
- Consult your vet before changing puppy’s diet
- Store leftovers in airtight container for up to 2 days
