Ingredients

  • 200g white fish fillets (cod or tilapia)
  • 100g white rice
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 50g finely chopped carrots
  • 50g peas
  • 500ml water

Instructions

  1. Rinse rice thoroughly under cold water
  2. Cook rice in boiling water for 15 minutes until soft
  3. Steam fish fillets for 8-10 minutes until fully cooked
  4. Flake cooked fish, removing all bones
  5. Mix fish, rice, carrots, and peas in a bowl
  6. Add olive oil and stir until combined
  7. Cool to room temperature before serving
