- 1/2 lb chicken heart
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped broccoli
- 1/4 cup apple (cored)
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Cut chicken thighs into small, bite-sized chunks.
- Grind chicken liver and heart in a food processor until smooth.
- Chop spinach, carrots, broccoli, and apple into fine pieces.
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with flaxseed and coconut oil.
- Portion into meal-sized containers for your dog.
- Store in the freezer and thaw one serving at a time in the fridge.
