Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter (xylitol free)
  • 1 3/4 cups coconut flour
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix sweet potato puree, apple sauce, and peanut butter.
  3. Stir in the egg until combined.
  4. Gradually add coconut flour, mixing until a dough forms.
  5. Flour a surface with coconut flour. Roll dough to 1/4 inch thickness.
  6. Cut into desired shapes using cookie cutters.
  7. Place treats on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until firm and lightly browned.
