- 2 teaspoon baking powder

- ⅓ cup unsweetened applesauce
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or grease with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, oats, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the applesauce, yogurt, olive oil, and eggs.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Divide the batter evenly among the prepared muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

- Store muffins in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
- You can substitute other dog-safe fruits like mashed banana or diced strawberries for the blueberries.
