- 1 cup white rice
- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 4 cups water
Instructions
- Cook chicken breast in olive oil until fully done (no pink remains)
- Boil rice in separate pot using 2 cups water until tender
- Shred cooked chicken into small, puppy-sized pieces
- Mix chicken, rice, carrots, and peas in large bowl
- Add remaining water to create gravy consistency
- Cool completely before serving
