- 1/4 cup peanut butter (xylitol-free)
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until dough forms.
- Roll dough into small balls and flatten with a fork.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- Cool completely before serving.
